GRIND HEALTH AND FITNESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Free Trialists agree to the Waiver section of these Terms and Conditions and upon purchasing any of Grind health and Fitness's services, agree to all Terms and Conditions.
Grind Health and Fitness Limited will be referred to as “GHF” and you the member will be “you”, or “your”.
UNLIMITED and LIMITED MEMBERSHIP
Your Unlimited Membership entitles you to unlimited access of classes on the timetable. This membership does not include Private Training Sessions or access to GHF facilities outside of the scheduled class times.
Ezidebitcomes with a small one off set up fee of $2.30 and a monthly transaction fee, Payments by Visa will come with additional fees of 2.48% and 4.22% for AMEX/Diners. Dishonouredpayments come with a fee of $14.95 collected from Ezidebit. All EzidebitFees are subject to change.
To terminate your membership, you must inform GHF by email at firstname.lastname@example.org 1 further monthly payment.
To Suspend your membership and maintain your current fees, we require at least 2 weeks’ noticevia email. There are no partial month suspensions and there is a maximum of 3 months suspension per year.
The weekly timetable is subject to change at any time. GHF reserves the right to have no classes on Public Holidays and have a reduced timetable between Christmas and New Year.
Fees are re-evaluated each year and are subject to change.
Early Cancellation of membership requires at least 1 month notice via Email, Terminating your membership before the required term also requires a $200 Early cancel out fee.
Grind Health & Fitness Birthday Special Terms & Conditions.
$25 per week, 3 month membership (rolling contract)The total fee of $325 grants you a membership and access to all Grind classes, this agreement is on a rolling contract which means after your 3 months, your term will keep rolling. Once your 3 month term is up you membership fee will be increased by $10 per week to our normal membership fees , you can cancel this contract after your 3 month period by contacting Grind health and fitness via email.
If you wish to cancel within the term, there is a fee of 25% of the remaining membership fees due on your contract.All memberships are open ended, if you wish to cancel after the initial contract period has ended, Grind health and fitness require 10 days witten notice before payments stop.
10 PACKS, GRABONE AND CASUAL CLASSES
Purchasing a 10 Pack of classes or a casual class entitles you to any of the timetabled classes. This membership does not include Private Training Sessions.
10 Packs must be paid in full in advance by Online Payment.
Casual sessions must be paid in advance of class by online banking or cash.
The 10 Pack expires 3 months from the purchase date and the casual class must be used on the day of purchase.
Purchase of a grabone voucher, once you have redeemed your voucher in GHF you have 1 month only to complete all 10 sessions. Your first session will start from the first visit when voucher is redeemed and will end either on your 10thsession with the 1 month or on the 30th day.
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
Private Training sessions are 45 minutesOne on One or Group Sessions.
You must give a minimum of 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled Private Training Session otherwise that session will be forfeited.
In the case of Group Sessions, the group acts as one. This means if 1 of the group decides not to train, the session is still counted as a full session. If you choose to cancel with more than 24-hour notice, then the whole group must cancel.
Any Private Training Session must be purchased in advance of any physical session taking place.
Casual sessions must be paid in advance of class by online banking or cash
You understand that the fitness services provided by GHF have elements of high intensity and high impact exercise and that participating in physical activity can carry a risk, and you accept all responsibility for that risk. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide GHF (in writing) with information regarding any medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise safely, and that you will not participate in any GHF services until this has been cleared by GHF management.
You acknowledge that before participating in any of GHF’s services, you must provide to GHF, written medical clearance from your Medical Professional if you have any medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise.
Including, but not limited to:
CARDIOVASCULAR AND PULMONARY CONDITIONS*: Diagnosed heart condition or stroke, or unreasonable leg or chest pain during exercise. Blood pressure over 200/110mm/Hg. Diagnosed pulmonary disease.
You agree to inform GHF immediately if there are any changes in your health status.
